Client Project: Tomfoolery

Contributions:
To create UI mockups for all 3 sites and use existing content to demonstrate how the sites will appear. Tomfoolery wanted a modern layout as well as a template that would allow for multiple categories in the header as both their B2B and B2C sites have a lot of categorisation.

Scope:
This project is a site redesign for 3 sites- Tomfoolery (B2B), Leg Avenue (B2C) and Mehron (B2C). Each site will use the same template for ease of maintenance and for standardised appearance. Tomfoolery has been a client of Commercebuild for many years and decided to do a redesign due to moving ERP systems from Sage to Microsoft Business Central which is also supported by Commercebuild. They are the first client of Commercebuilds to make this move.

Design Rationale:
I selected the Condensed template as this was a popular template amongst clients due to its unique layout that works well for B2B and B2C. The header is especially well designed in the manner that it allows for multiple categories due to the navigation being placed in its own line. The logo is also central and prominent. There is also a great balance between the use of icons and text . All the wireframes are similar but the home pages are appear different due to the difference in content. Tomfoolery liked the layout and the way that the previous site content was repurposed into this template that they kept and added to it.
